The story

This is where I share what I learn

I started programming during my third year at university, while studying Computer Science and Mathematics.

By the time I completed my master's degrees in both fields, software development had already become my full-time career.

I have been building websites and software platforms professionally since 2008, and I have been working with Umbraco for more than a decade.

Over the years, I have upgraded legacy systems, designed new platforms, solved production issues, improved performance, and helped teams make better technical decisions.

This site is where I document what I wish someone had explained earlier: the trade-offs, mistakes, unexpected problems, and decisions that only start to matter as projects grow.

You will find practical articles about Umbraco, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, performance, technical SEO, integrations, architecture, and the everyday engineering challenges that emerge when software meets the real world.

Outside of work

Family, training, and life beyond the screen

I live in Białystok, Poland, with my wife and our two daughters.

When I am away from the keyboard, you will usually find me spending time with my family, training at the gym, or thinking through an idea that may eventually become an article.

Software has been a big part of my life for many years, but my family keeps everything in perspective. They remind me that the best systems do more than work well — they create more time for the people who matter.
